Business Issue

A new executive group had been created from a diverse mix of European nationalities to run the pan-European business.  The Chief Executive wanted to develop the executive group into an effective team with a clear focus on business success factors, the consistent development of best practice and innovation.

How We Helped

Following meetings with the H R Director and the Chief Executive, we designed and facilitated a strategic team building workshop to develop the multi-national team.

Outcomes and Results

The team developed improved openness and established ways of working to encourage co-operation and team work.  Critical success factors (CSFs) were identified and developed for the business and to serve as a foundation for fostering best practice.  Areas for the development of best practice were targeted for innovations to improve performance.
